On Banning Hunting
“Now that hunting has been banned, we ought at last to own up to it: the struggle over that Bill was not just about animal welfare and personal freedom, it was class war.”
Peter Bradley
Former Labour MP for The Wrekin

Asian Tidal Wave Disaster Appeal

The Collection made by Hunts in aid of the Asian Tidal Wave Disaster Appeal made in excess of £85,000.

It was suggested that Hunts might like to take a Cap or Collection for the Asian Tidal Wave Disaster Appeal, either on New Year's Day or shortly afterwards.

The M.F.H.A. supported this initiative and asked hunts to send the resulting cheque, made payable to the M.F.H. Associaton, to the M.F.H.A. Office at Bagendon in order that the grand total can be presented to the Appeal Fund in the form of a significant cheque from the Hunting Community.
